RUDY POLLAK joined Culinary Adventures
during its inception in 1996 as an equity partner. Prior
to Culinary Adventures and Balboa Dessert Company, Rudy spent
over 20 years with PepsiCo, in various senior management
positions, including Vice President of Administration and
Employee Programs at Taco Bell Corp. In that position,
he was responsible for all non-restaurant real estate, the
company’s non-commodity purchasing, and the company’s entry
into the lucrative field of corporate licensing. It
was after his retirement from PepsiCo in 1997 that he ventured
into his current interests.
